[dsdp-dd-dev] New DD product and components in bugzilla

Hi folks,

I've created some DD-specific components under DSDP in bugzilla
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=152967):

Product = DD = Device Debugging Project
Component = General = General Device Debugging issues
Component = DSF = Issues with the debugger services framework
Component = MI = Issues with the MI implementation of DSF

All of these components automatically assign to
dd.general-inbox@xxxxxxxxxxx.  You can set a watch in your preferences
on this email address to activity.

I have moved all of our existing bugs into these new components.  If you
have suggestions for others let me know.  I think we should eventually
create new containers for the various debugger views.
