[Dltk-dev] Editor not showing

Hi Devs,

Thanks for your work, but I can't see the editor anywhere.  Shell files aren't associated with anything after installing.

When I right click a file and choose "Open With" I don't see any shell editor in the options.  Shell, Bash and DLTK don't return any results in the search field for editors.

Is there something I'm missing?

I'm running up to date Oxygen on up to date OSX (High Sierra)
