I'm really pleased to join the project. As a test I've pushed the initial contribution https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/56048/. All looks good now.

With release tagged next task should be to integrate dltk.sh in the build system, gerrit and etc. Will come to it but help is more than welcome.
