[Dltk-dev] DLTK 5.2 release and beyond

DLTK 5.2 is released today together with the Mars release.

I've done the following:

- Tagged all git repos with R5_2_0 tag

- Switched the version number in master to 5.3.0-SNAPSHOT

- Moved the build to Tycho 0.23.0

- Created version 5.3 in PMI

As we already have a patch pending in Gerrit [1] for an enhancement required for PDT, I suggest that for Mars SR1 we have a new minor release - 5.3. Let me know if anyone has any comments on this.
