Hi Kaloyan,

That's good, I just have a question: is it possible to have email notifications back?
a) for Gerrit
b) for commits

Otherwise I am not sure how Gerrit helps.

We have the Gerrit for DLTK already setup for all DLTK git repositories. Please look at the bug [1] for the URLs. Committers can still push directly to the git repo, but they also need to change the URL in the push configuration as noted in the bug.

I've setup a dltk-nightly job that builds the latest from master and a Gerrit job for each git repo. Unfortunately there is a small issue - the Gerrit job on the HIPP instance does not report back to Gerrit - see details in bug [2]. The webmaster is working on it. Until this is fixed we should manually link the build results as a comment in the Gerrit patch - like I did in [3].

I want to kindly ask everybody who have a patch prepared to push it to Gerrit. Please do it even if you have already attached it to the bug. This will make it easier to review the patches and start the flow going. Please, also spend some time to review patches pushed by others. BTW, I also expect someone to review the patch pushed by me [3] :)

Here is my plan as first thing to do in DLTK:
1. Include DLTK 5.1 in Luna SR2 and Mars M3.
2. Setup Gerrit for easier review of proposed patches.
3. Request HIPP instance for DLTK to make future release engineering

I don't have knowledge for the complete source base of DLTK, so for
reviewing patches I will need the help of all you who are interested
in DLTK going forward. Hopefully, Gerrit will make this process easier.

Is there anything I miss?
