Re: [Dltk-dev] add tests to update site?
The build already happened and looks like tests are there. Could you try to use them?

As far as I've seen in your releng, adding following line to org.eclipse.dltk.core/core/update.site/site.xml would solve the problem:

<feature url="">"features/org.eclipse.dltk.core.tests_4.0.0.qualifier.jar" id="org.eclipse.dltk.core.tests" version="4.0.0.qualifier"/>

hi DLTK!

could you add your tests feature (org.eclipse.dltk.core.tests) to your update site?
I'm asking because in PDT tests we depend on some of your test classes. In the past we used to obtain your tests from Automated-Tests.zip file. 
Now I see that in R4.0 there's no Automated-Tests.zip anymore and also we switched to Tycho so p2 repository would be better than zip...
