I will fix it, thank you for reporting.
However, I would recommend to install EMF from the simultaneous release update site.
(Help -> Install new software - Work with: Helios - ...)

emf-runtime-2.5.0RC5.zip are not available anymore anywhere on the web.
Your download link for EMF says: "The selected file is invalid, or it is
no longer available for download. "
Please provide all missing dependencies on the DLTK site.
