We contribute dltk.core and several language specific features, you can find them at http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo/

dltk.core feature includes dltk.core, dltk.ui, etc. plugins

It seems like org.eclipse.dltk.ui.feature is missing from the Galileo
repository. This is the reason why PHP package can't be added to EPP.
Are you guys pushing DLTK features to Galileo repository after
building them? This step seems to be important if DLTK is going to be
on the simultaneous release train.
