Sorry, I have not checked the content of downloads folder.
Actually the tests are available, we just need the links to be published.

All (core, tcl, ruby, etc) tests:

I think it's a convenient way in Eclipse to provide binary builds of
unit tests, so adopters will be able to re-use their basic framework.
What do you think?
