[Dltk-dev] folded blocks 'flicker' during reconcile

hello all -

  i'm having an issue where if i am editing inside a region that would be considered part of an ISourceModule definition, any code that is already folded will quickly unfold and then refold when the editor performs a reconciliation. 

  the tcl, ruby, and _javascript_ plugins do not seem to exhibit this behavior, but the python one does. can anyone offer some insight into this?
