Andrey Platov has nominated Pavel Petrochenko as a Committer on the
technology.dltk project. The reason given is as follows:

Hi Folks,

I would like to propose Pavel Petrochenko from xored as a new committer on
the DLTK project.

I believe most of you already excited with great Pavel contributions,
including experimental JavaScript implementation and JDT integration (CQ
1381), DLTK Mylar Structural Bridge (no CQ submitted yet) as well as
Pavel's patches sent to Bugzilla (180448, 175503, 175258) and his
suggestions on different issues.

Committers, please vote (+1/0/-1).

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 4 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Pavel Petrochenko must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for
a successful election.
