[Dltk-dev] New DLTK Ruby build (with open type fixes)

Hi,

We've fixed problems with appearing "Open Type" button on the toolbar 
and key bindings. Now, if you'll have command group "Ruby Navigation" 
active and Ruby editor will have focus, key binding "ctrl-shift-T" 
should work right. Unfortunately, previously command group wasn't 
enabled by default. Now it's enabled by default and should work "out of 
the box". Possibly you may need to reset perspective first time.

Updated build will be available soon(DLTK update site).
