I would like to nominate Amine Lajmi as a committer on the EMF Diff/Merge
project.

Amine is an experienced developer in Eclipse Modeling technologies who has
been active in the community for years. As shown by his bugzilla entries,
Amine's past activites span Graphiti, Sphinx, Xtext, Sirius and EMF
Diff/Merge (18 entries).

Amine is also a committer on RAP Incubator and a presenter at EclipseCon
France this year about online modeling.

Amine is strongly interested in merge-based model synchronization issues,
hence this nomination. He already proposed an evolution of the merge
algorithm in EMF Diff/Merge.

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 5 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Amine Lajmi must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
