I'm ccing this to dash-dev as that is where most of the signing
discussion is happening.
Please also look at:

That contains the most current information.
I still need to get some time to release some updates to the signing
plugin itself to correct some errors.

root-pom.xml from EGit and adjusted it to Nebula but somehow it is not
working.
I noticed that there are directories missing:
<signer-input-directory>/home/data/httpd/download-staging.priv/technology/nebula</signer-input-directory>
<download-publish-path>/home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/technology/nebula/updates-nightly</download-publish-path>
The root pom is found in
/cvsroot/technology/org.eclipse.swt.nebula/org.eclipse.swt.nebula.nebula-release.
Maybe you have some pointers for me what I need to do get this finally
done which would be a huge thing for Nebula.
