I believe you can add an ant target in your buildExtra.xml in your releng project, which hooks into one of these tasks: preFetch, postFetch, preGenerate, postGenerate, preAssemble, postAssemble, prePackage, postPackage, preProcess, postProcess, postBuild.

I believe it's defined in:

org.eclipse.dash.common.releng/builder/all/customTargets.xml

There is a Hudson plug-in for this, but I believe it is not installed on hudson.eclipse.org.

If you need it for your build on hudson.eclipse.org, you can ask the webmaster.
