[dash-dev] Patch for Metadata parsing in Eclipse Monkey

Hi All,

I've submitted a patch to bugzilla that fixes an issue whereby we can't
currently add support for other scripting languages as we're assuming
the comments at the top are js-style. The fix is minor and < 200 LOC
(mainly just because we are moving a bit of code from one class to
another). The fix seems important, but we're late in the release cycle.
Thoughts?
