[dash-dev] cvschangelogb?

Tools like cvschangelogb are other interesting ways to look at the Eclipse CVS repositories. We could run them as part of Dash. So far we have chosen to build our own OLAP tool for the CVS repositories because we wanted to encourage drill-down investigation. We want to find the most relevant numbers and summaries rather than just provide a whirlwind of all possible numbers.
