[dali-dev] Dali 2.3 released with Helios!

Dali 2.3 (a part of Eclipse Helios) is now officially available for 
download. For details, see the Dali website - 
http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/dali/.

Dali 2.3 adds new features and many bug fixes, including:
- Comprehensive JPA 2.0 support
- EclipseLink 2.1 support
- Canonical meta model generation
- Validation preferences
- JAXB class generation from schema
- JAXB schema generation from classes
