Yasin,

It looks like this is a locale related bug that we had not yet discovered.  Please enter this bug against Dali - https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Dali%20JPA%20Tools.  I'm not sure what version of Dali you are using, but we could fix this in our upcoming 2.0.5 (Ganymede maintenance), and we will certainly fix it in Galileo M7.
