RC2 declaration has been slightly delayed due to some branching related build difficulties and 1 late regression found in RC2 testing on Friday.  The build issue has been resolved and the bug has a fix.  RC2 should be officially declared Monday, the 15th after successful smoke tests.

Dali 2.1 is scheduled for release on Dec 19th.  Remaining work items include update site testing and updating the website and wiki contents for the new relase.
