[dali-dev] Dali M4 build available

The Dali 0.5M4 build is posted and available here - 
http://www.eclipse.org/dali/downloads.html. (Be sure to refresh the page 
if you don't see it.)

The milestones are described on the project wiki-

Noteworthy feature additions include support for joined table 
inheritance, Temporal support,  enhanced PK generation support. For more

The newsgroups seem to be down for the moment.  I will post this 
announcement there as soon as I am able to.
