Will https://help.eclipse.org be updated with content for 2024-03?

If so, also https://www.eclipse.org/documentation/ needs a refresh (already one 
release behind).

Also I'd like to know the schedule of such update, because a N&N entry of mine 
(web version) wants to link into javadoc that should eventually be available 
from the help center. This means it would be nice, if the link can be set 
*before* the release.

Bonus question: I seem to recall that there was generic syntax so that the same 
content works within help in the IDE as well as in the web version. Anyone know? 
Or am I dreaming? :)
