FYI,

I know most of you don't read what I write here, but if your builds are 
suddenly inexplicably broken and you see some mention of 
org.eclipse.orbit:ant:1.10.14 you'll definitely want to read the following:

The restructuring of Orbit to replace the EBR-based infrastructure with 
a target platform that specifies BND instructions is almost complete.  
Unfortunately it was not complete in time for M1, but it will definitely 
be complete for M1...
