[cross-project-issues-dev] SWT will require Java 17 in 4.28 M2

Hi,

as the title says, we want change SWT to require Java 17 as minimal runtime Java version in 4.28 M2. 

Note: 4.28 IDE itself is already requiring Java 17 since 4.28 M1.

If you have a very good reason why we shouldn't do this change in SWT in 4.28 release, please comment on https://github.com/eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.swt/discussions/623 ASAP.
