As mentioned in my response to your direct email to me, I've traced emails and they are received by your mail server. I've provided the tracking numbers for the Message IDs on your side (queued as number), but I've never heard back:

C32B420C8B55: to=<ed@*.uk>, relay=mail.*.uk[78.*.3]:25, delay=5.7, delays=0.04/0/5.3/0.31, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as 43029802C0)

I understand this is frustrating, but there's unfortunately nothing we can do, no matter which component of our infra you claim is flaky.
