Supporting newer JDK version is a different matter and can be done
easily on the old infra since it does not require an OS upgrade.

Ah OK, you're right; I faced so many deps related churns lately that I lost the causality chain of all that.

Sorry for blaming you; and in the end, I'm relatively happy using JIRO now.
