Hi,

BPMN2's latest update introduces bad licenses:

https://download.eclipse.org/oomph/archive/simrel/mdt-bpmn2.aggrcon/index.html

I see it here has well:

 https://download.eclipse.org/oomph/archive/reports/download.eclipse.org/staging/2020-09/index.html

I've opened this bug:

  https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=566499

This commit introduced that content:

https://git.eclipse.org/c/simrel/org.eclipse.simrel.build.git/commit/?id=32026dd65c16afd856fdc9d4b87df41393cc16c7

This must be fixed before the release.
