Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] The Eclipse IDE 2020-03 release is available now!

Thanks Fred, for helping oversee the SimRel process.  Thanks Denis for your responsiveness avoiding last minute problems.  And HUGE thanks Jonah Graham for stepping up and keeping EPP on the track!

Also HUGE thanks to all of you for helping to eliminate all the bad licenses and for avoiding unsigned content!  We finally did it!!

For this release, the installer has a few new details:

Some new menu items to make it easier to find the best place to ask question, the best place to report problems, and how to contribute in general.  Also note the DONATE button which is also visible on the second page:

This new donation page, thanks to Christopher Guindon, tracks the information in the query string so that donations can be traced back to their origin to better earmark what people are donating to...

Also note the tiny "incubating" icon next to the product name. 

Many of this release's packages contain incubating components...
