Hi,

Is there a documentation or a wiki mentioning the steps involved in doing a release? We could suggest edit to add a step about pre-populating next release URL with current one.

Or do we have a Git repo that maps download.eclipse.org/releases? We could also create a patch that place composites to https://download.eclipse.org/releases/latest for each of the https://download.eclipse.org/releases/20(19|20|21|22)-(03|06|009|12)

Unless I'm missing something, committers don't have an easy access to those so it's making it hard to contribute such improvements in an efficient way and to make SimRel more agile.
