Hi,

Unfortunately there's a major bug in the e(fx)clipse version contributed
to 2018-09 release.

If one install e(fx)clipse and tries to run Eclipse on Java-11, Eclipse
refuses to launch!

The issue has been reported last week [1] and we shipped an 3.4.1 patch
release yesterday but naturally this is not going to be included in the
general update-site pre-installed in 2018-09 repository.
