[cross-project-issues-dev] How to trigger rebuild of simrel staging site

I've pushed a change [0] to the simrel repo, but the last build [1] appears to have happened on Aug 9.

How can I trigger a rebuild? Why is the job still disabled? (I bet it's because of summer holidays.) :D

Asking because I need the simrel repo to be rebuilt so I can validate this gerrit [2] for a change to EPP [3].
