The platform doesn't use as many of the Batik bundles so it's likely
they aren't affected. This is also why I've been insisting on not
changing any of the ones that are in use by platform.releng, so as to
reduce likelihood of introducing any new issues for them.

I think this should be fine as I'm sure there are builds using older
version of Orbit repos. We generally want to use the builds made for
that release to avoid older bundles with same version (different
qualifier), but in this case the version of batik is different than the
newer one.
