Hi Everyone,

  Just to let you all know I'm planning
to move all repositories under Gerrits control on June 4, 2018.  Bug
533786 has been filed to track the work and provide a place for any discussions.

Basically our current setup is a bit
of a mess with ownership being divided between Gerrit. CI-users and project
teams.  As such it's time for a clean up.
