Strictkly speaking, the "leadership chain" can decide to add or remove committers if the project is determined to be dysfunctional. The leadership chain includes the PMC. They'd have to ask me to initiate this exceptional process...

I'm not a TM committer. Doug, or Kaloyan, can you start the nomination?

Otherwise, I think EMO could give you access if TM is considered as an
abandoned project.
