The top-level Eclipse Project will contribute
https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/eclipse/releases/4.8.0at offset 0.

BTW, it should not be necessary to mention
the offset here. It should be part of the release record in the PM portal
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/520775).

Hi,

Oxygen GA is only out for a few weeks, but the SimRel train is already
back on track for the next release.

This week, we will start with the Photon M1 milestone release.

Please remember to prepare your release records and "declare intent"
for
Photon on this mailing list. Once that is done, please contribute to the
aggregation build!
