Two things are happening :  1. Bugzilla didn't inherit the new SSL cert and 2) the slave database is lagged.

We're working on both.

It has been renewed 17/01/17 and is valid until 02/03/2020 with the fingerprints below. My personal guess is that *some* front end servers serving bugzilla are using the relatively new certificate, while others are still using a now expired certificate (which would explain why only some people are having problems).

That's a sign that there is a replication issue or lag. But I cannot access Bugzilla at all currently due to an expired SSL certificate. Previously Chrome allowed me to ignore that but not this time it seems.
