Subject: [cross-project-issues-dev] HIPP failing to download some content from maven central
 
I pushed a recent change and noticed that the HIPP failed to download the
pom file corresponding to an artifact. I cleared the cache and tried
re-triggering a build that succeeded a few hours ago only to see the
failure happen even earlier in the build.

I've tried restarting the HIPP but that seems to be failing as well
because the host keys have changed (output text displayed in HIPP control)
