[cross-project-issues-dev] Partial Oxygen M1 repository is available

Oxygen M1 only contains about one-third
of what it normally does, so I am not sure how useful it will be, or how
much testing can be done, but, what we have is available at 
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/oxygen/

As announced on EPP list, there will
be no EPP packages for this milestone. 

Good time to keep up the momentum, though.
Anyone "not quite" in M1, can contribute at any time (for "staging"),
even if your final contribution comes later.
