Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] MPC participation in Oxygen

Well, all EPP packages depend on the MPC on Oomph and on... :(
But these projects could be disabled easily without too much negative side-effects, whereas other projects cannot be disabled.

I don't believe anyone in the release train depends on MPC, so I hope this doesn't cause any problems.
