Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] Bugzilla & Gerrit super slow?

Good news.  On Friday, our remote monitor has recovered, and Bugzilla
(and all aspects of our site) work correctly.

Many thanks to Dani Megert for pinging me about this with many details.
I initially thought it was NOT_ECLIPSE but the coincidence was too
important to ignore.
