[cross-project-issues-dev] Sorry for the spam of "[marsAggregation] Fail

EVERYONE got a "FAILED BUILD"
message tonight (if not more than one). The issue is being tracked in 

Bug 486076- Sim release HIPP Instance lost file access to "archives" and
"downloads" 

In the meantime, I have disabled all
"Sim Release" jobs so that it will not happen again. 

I know we are at the end of RC1 +1 day,
but I hope everyone can recover once things start working again on Tuesday.
