Bob,
Those bundles are part of WTP. Assuming that this is for Neon, our M3 contribution is http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/drops/R3.8.0/S-3.8.0M3-20151111010029/repository . And those bundles have not moved from WTP- they have been there since WTP began.

I'm having trouble building BPMN2 Modeler because of missing dependencies:

Anyone know what happened to org.eclipse.wst.sse? Has it moved?
