[cross-project-issues-dev] Object Teams will participate in Neon

I have created the following release record for Object Teams 2.5.0 (Neon):

We will contribute to simrel at offset +2.

I will still keep the simrel contribution disabled for M3, because:

As of M2 I had to disable the contribution, because it simply couldn't cope
with class files from Platform that are now compiled at compliance 1.8.
At EclipseCon Europe I gave the first successful demo of a new runtime
environment ("Runtime Specialization ..."), but as of M3 this still has
a number of known bugs which might degrade the general user experience.

I'm confident that issues will be sorted out in time for joining the
aggregation for M4.
