That job was after the issues occurred.  I tried locally rebasing and resubmitting and that
created a separate gerrit review (because no change-id).  I then added the changeid and it added to the
original gerrit review.  I have just abandoned the non-change-id version and am
rebuilding the 4th patch set.  This definitely is more difficult than it should be.  I don't
have these issues with our gerrit validator for Linux Tools.
