Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] Luna RC3 repository is available
I don't see the PHP package at

http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index-developer.php

I remember it was there as RC2 package. 

The direct download links work correctly, e.g.


It is just not available on the download page. Any idea what went wrong?
