build.eclipse.org has been restarted, and the signing services have been reactivated.

If you had running jobs, you may need to manually restart them.

New kernel updates and other software updates need to be put in place.  I'll reboot the server around 4:00pm Eastern, which is in about 45 minutes.  During the reboot, which typically takes less than 10 minutes, the signing service will be unavailable.
