Scout has updated its release numbering scheme. As part of the Luna release train Scout will ship version 4.0.0 (instead of the previously announced version 3.10.0). With Scout's participation in upcoming release trains we will increase Scout's major version. A corresponding release record/plan [2] has been created and the 4.0.0 version number is also correctly reflected in the Luna participating project list [3]. A corresponding communication in the project's forum will follow. Your feedback regarding any additional requirements/recommendations that we have missed is highly welcome.
