Hi,

ECF uses HIPP to run OSGi compliance tests that require an NDA to be
signed in order to be allowed access. Thus for us, Extended Read
Permission Plugin must also support to exclude individual builds/jobs.
If this isn't easily possible with it, we are -1 for a global change.
