[cross-project-issues-dev] Orion joins Luna release train

Please see the release plans for Orion 6.0 https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/eclipse.orion/releases/r6.0.0 and our intent to participate in the Luna release train as a +3.

Orion's 4 month release cycles are very agile and as we're just starting the 5.0 development process post EclipseCon Europe we will define our R6.0 intentions in the new year.

If I've missed anything in my declaration, please help me out ;-)
