[cross-project-issues-dev] Sapphire 0.7 unable to make Kepler

Unfortunately, we have not been able to sufficiently stabilize the new features in Sapphire 0.7 to be able to make Kepler dates. Accordingly, I am planning on reverting the contribution to Kepler to the last stable release (0.6.2).

I don’t believe anyone on the release train will be affected by this change as there are no consumes of Sapphire in the release train yet. If I am wrong on this, please respond to this notice and we can discuss options.
